The Model 400 and Model 450 Mounted Sentry fume extractor is an industrial air cleaner that is designed to be mounted directly to or on top of a workbench, a fume hood, or enclosed machinery. This fume extractor is equipped with a powerful fan and a variety of inlet collar sizes (6” and 9” Diameter) to match your unique application. This unit’s small footprint, lightweight frame, and multiple mounting configurations make it a modular solution for integration with existing machinery. This system also features a variable speed controller and optional remote control.
The Mounted Sentry fume extractor is typically used for applications including: Laser Fume Control, Chemical Fume Extraction, Pharmaceutical Powders, Particulate Control, Printing Fumes, Soldering, Solvent and Epoxy Fume Control, Fume/Vapor Source Capture, and a variety of other applications that produce smoke, dust, or particulate.
The Model 400 and 450 Mounted Sentry has several filter options, including HEPA filtration [up to 99.97% efficient on particles 0.3 microns and larger], ASHRAE filtration [up to 95% efficient on particles 0.5 microns and larger], Activated Carbon, and specialty-blended filtration media [i.e. Acid Gas, Mercury, Aldehyde, Ammonia]. Filter combinations are customized depending on the application being performed by the operator and multiple filter media can be housed inside the filter chamber for applications that emit both particulates and fumes.
