When the application calls for aerosol spray control, SAS's Custom Spray Booth may be an excellent choice.
The powerful fans on top of the hood integrate with a highly effective system of pre-filters, HEPA filters and carbon filters to provide
reliably effective source capture and containment of overspray particulates. This results in protecting the operators breathing zone as well as preventing unwanted particulate and odors from entering the general work area.
In fact, the air is so clean that external ducting is usually not required. High capture velocities across the face of the hood inlet combined with a panel of clear anti-static vinyl strip curtains captures and entrains airborne particulates and odors into the filtration system where they belong - not in your workspace or breathing zone.
Overall system efficiency is so high that tests have shown performance levels to meet or exceed Class 100 standards. |
