The Model 300 Table Sentry is a compact fume extractor that is built specifically for stationary, benchtop operations where airborne fumes need to be captured and filtered at the work surface level. This unit is available with a 1” or 4” source capture slot at the base of the unit and comes equipped with a variable speed controller.
Typical uses may include solder fume extraction, light grinding, laser fumes, solvent and epoxy fumes, medical sterilization applications, particulate, powder filling, solder pot fumes, and a variety of other applications involving chemical fumes and dust.
This system incorporates a powerful fan and high-quality filtration media to capture and purify harmful airborne contaminants. The most common filter media utilized in this unit are HEPA filtration [up to 99.97% efficient on particles 0.3 microns and larger], ASHRAE filtration [up to 95% efficient on particles 0.5 microns and larger], Activated Carbon, and specialty-blended filtration media [i.e. Acid Gas, Mercury, Aldehyde, Ammonia]. The Table Sentry allows multiple filter media to be housed inside the filter chamber for applications that emit both particulates and fumes.
