When the application calls for an air cleaner with a customized enclosure, the Model 300 Winged Sentry (Laminar Flow) may be an excellent choice. The "Wing Flaps" move in and out to provide infinitely adjustable side panels, or fold flat against the sides to save space.
With suction from the rear, the contaminants are kept low and away from the operators' breathing zone. In this manner, the unit serves as a laminar flow hood. The optional transparent hinged lid completes a nearly perfect enclosure.
The powerful fan on top of the hood combined with a variety of Hepa filter and carbon filter provides strong suction for the source capture of airborne contaminants. Typical uses may include soldering, light welding, capsule filling, powder filling, R&D, light grinding, light welding and a variety of applications involving chemical fumes and dusts.
