are a Houston based manufacturer of high quality floor,
benchtop, mounted and portable air purification devices.
The company was initially founded in 1983 as a
distributor. Then in 1995, drawing on several years of
experience gained in the industry, we began
manufacturing this quiet and compact line of patented
air cleaners offering simple and unique air solutions
for many laboratory and manufacturing operations.
SAS products are
designed to be dependable, quiet, and economical. We
offer three primary types of air purifiers. The first is
the Model 100 solder extractor which incorporates a single hepa filter, and is intended for use on benchtops for small solder smoke and solder fume applications.
The second is the Model 200
Modular Series, which incorporates a variety of air
filters and filter combinations including Ashrae,
Activated Carbon, and
Hepa Filters. The Model 200 uses
the same basic cabinet in all configurations so that
with the application of various accessories it may be
customized to your particular needs. These accessories
and filter combinations may be easily changed.
Therefore, as workspace needs change from time to time,
the air cleaners need not be totally replaced; simply
modified.
The third is the Model
400 Series. Similar to the Model 200 in general design;
the 400 series is much larger with correspondingly
higher airflows and filter capacities. This unit is also
employed as a positive air pressure hepa filtration device.
Equipped with optional casters, it is also an effective
portable air cleaner.
SAS units have
been utilized in a wide variety of applications for
several years. Due to their simple design and high
quality construction; at the time of this writing there
has never been a single report of any faulty
workmanship, or component failure.
We are engaged in an
ongoing effort to develop new accessories and new high
quality air purification systems all of which
incorporate our motto "Simple Solutions for
Cleaner Air".
