The Model 300 Mist Collector is a compact and powerful air cleaner designed for mist collection on enclosed machinery. The most common application for this system is CNC mist elimination. In addition, this compact mist collector may be an excellent choice for other systems that produce coolant mist, water mist, and oil mist. Integrating this unit with existing machinery is easy because of its small footprint and convenient mounting options [mounting brackets are included]. This patented device offers high efficiency, quiet operation, low power consumption, and minimal maintenance. No external exhausting or ducting is required with this system.
The unique washable mist filter collects mist vapors and conveniently drains it back into the machinery itself and may be reusable depending upon the application. HEPA [up to 99.97% efficient on particles 0.3 microns and larger] and ASHRAE filtration media [95% efficient on particles 0.5 microns and larger] are also typical filter options for this system.
The Model 300 Mist Collector can provide an effective and economical solution for CNC machines, milling, grinding, and various other applications requiring mist collection.

"We apply a mist of oil to the product as it travels through the tumbler so that the dry seasoning powders will stick to the product. The oil misting creates a fog that escapes from the tumbler and collects on the exterior of the drum or on the floor creating an unsafe condition and would allow the drive rollers to slip on the exterior of the drum causing a buildup of product inside the drum.
