The digital run-time display<\/em> shows the time the fume hood has been in operation in hours. The run-time display would be a critical element to ensure accurate time keeping for filter PM schedules and maintenance of the fume hood. When filters are replaced, runtime can be reset to zero for the next cycle. <\/p>\n

Standard sizes of the AirHawk<\/strong> include 30\u201d, 40\u201d, and 50\u201d. Custom sizes<\/em> can be accommodated between 30\u201d to 50\u201d for specialized applications. The Sentry AirHawk<\/strong> is constructed with white PVC on the sides and bottom, clear PVC on the top and clear polycarbonate for the front window with clear anti-static vinyl curtains over the access area. AirHawk<\/strong> hood construction<\/em> can be customized with all clear material to improve visibility or with stainless steel. <\/p>\n

Depending on the application, the AirHawk<\/strong> offers distinct filter solutions<\/em> to provide optimized particulate or fume control. For most particulate and fume control situations, HEPA filters<\/em> are a great choice and provide up to 99.97% efficiency on particles as small as 0.3 microns. The ASHRAE filters<\/em> are also a good option for particulate control with efficiency up to 95% on particles as small as 0.5 microns. For specialized chemical fume applications, the activated carbon<\/em> filters or specialty-blended filter media (acid gas, mercury, aldehyde or ammonia)<\/em> deliver high quality filtration to remove chemical fumes.
