The Model 400 and 450 Floor Sentry Double provides source-capture fume extraction to two operators simultaneously. These energy-efficient systems are equipped with two flame-retardant, self-supportive flex arms that provide equal suction at both inlets. The Model 400 provides up to 700 CFM and the Model 450 is capable of 950 CFM.
Typical applications for this unit include welding smoke, chemical and solvent fumes, light grinding, epoxy fume control, particulate extraction, pharmaceutical powders, soldering, and many other procedures that involve the emission particulate and fume. This dual-arm fume extractor is an economical solution for many commercial, medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical and industrial applications.
Standard filtration options for this system include: HEPA [up to 99.97% efficient on particles 0.3 microns and larger], ASHRAE [up to 95% efficient on particles 0.5 microns and larger], Activated Carbon, and specialty-blended filter media [i.e. Acid Gas, Mercury, Aldehyde, Ammmonia]. The Floor Sentry Double allows multiple filter media to be housed inside the filter chamber for applications that emit both particulates and fumes.
This unit features heavy-duty casters for easy mobility, flex arms that are capable of 360 degree rotation, and an infinitely-adjustable variable speed controller. Endcaps to plug inlet holes are available when use of only one arm is desired. Other optional features include a digital hour counter and quick change pre-filter.
This unit is also available with a single arm [SS-400-PFS & SS-450-PFS] and in a larger single arm model [SS-500-PFS-MP1] and smaller dual arm model [SS-300-FSD].
