The Model 400 Wall Mount Cleaning Station has been designed for safe and easy filter cleaning for our Model 400 Micropleat Cleanable Filters. The SS-400-WCS is easy to use. Place the dirty side of the filter into the station and latch it into place. With a compressed air nozzle, blow compressed air into the filter to dislodge the contaminants adhering to the filter. SAS recommends about 6 minutes for a reliable cleaning that should return the filter back to or near its normal operating airflow. Once the manual portion of the cleaning is complete, utilize the included Model 200-TIM unit with an automatic timer to capture the residual airborne dust too light to settle into the containment bucket. Once the unit has completed its process, simply remove the Model 400 Micropleat filter and place it back into service.
