The 50” Wide Ducted Fume Hood, commonly referred to as an exterior-venting exhaust hood, is constructed of durable materials that are resistant to many solvents and chemicals. These qualities make it a suitable fume control solution in a variety of industries including manufacturing, laboratories, pharmacies, research and development facilities, and medical environments. This configuration is frequently used when processes involve volatile organics, solvent vapors, epoxy fumes, powder and capsule filling, acid etching, and a variety of additional applications for which filtration media may not be an appropriate strategy.
This benchtop Ducted Fume Hood fits on a standard 24” deep countertop; therefore, no specialized stands or custom work surfaces are typically required.
